Device data

Removing local game data may erase progress and preferences. Contact support before clearing it if you have unresolved purchases. Removing the app does not submit a deletion request for records held by us or by a service provider.

Advertising choices

In ColorBlock, open Settings > Privacy Policy. When Google requires an advertising privacy option, this opens Google’s privacy form to review or change your choices; after the form closes, the policy website opens. When the form is not required, the policy website opens directly. Device privacy settings may also affect advertising identifiers and permissions. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. For questions about controls available in your version, email kzhfdev@163.com. Deletion and other requests

Email kzhfdev@163.com with the subject “ColorBlock Data Deletion” to request deletion of information we hold. Include your app version, device platform and only the identifiers needed to locate the records. Never send credentials, access tokens, Apple Account passwords or full payment-card details.

We may ask for limited verification information. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to lawful exceptions and any shorter applicable deadline. Some transaction, accounting, security or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained. Deleting game records does not itself cancel an Apple transaction or request a refund. Service-provider information is handled under its policy and applicable law.
