About these terms
ColorBlock is provided by Shenzhen AppDev Technology Co., Ltd. These terms describe use of the game and related support services. Apple’s applicable license agreement and purchase terms also apply. These terms do not replace them or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Availability and features may vary by storefront and version.
Playing and saved data
Use the game lawfully. Do not exploit security weaknesses, manipulate purchases or rewards, or interfere with the service. Where applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain it. Reinstalling the app, clearing data or changing devices may affect progress and items. Automatic recovery or transfer is not guaranteed; contact support before clearing data to resolve an issue.
Purchases and virtual items
The game offers optional consumable coins through the App Store and has no subscriptions. Confirm the product and price shown by Apple before purchasing. Virtual items are used within the game and cannot be exchanged with us for cash. Consumables may not be restored in the same way as non-consumable purchases. If items are missing, contact support with the product, approximate time and transaction information. Do not purchase again solely to test delivery. Apple reviews App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Advertisements and rewards
In versions with advertisements enabled, an optional rewarded ad shows its reward before you choose to view it. Availability varies and rewards depend on completing the displayed conditions. Contact support about a missing reward. Our Privacy Policy explains advertising data processing.
Intellectual property and updates
The game, artwork, code and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the game for personal entertainment under its applicable license. We may update the game and features; online features depend on network access and third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Changes affecting paid items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Privacy and mandatory rights
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer protections where prohibited by law.
