Who we are

Game data

The game stores progress, coins, lives, item balances and settings on your device to run the game and remember your choices. Removing the app or clearing its data may affect these records. Automatic transfer to another device is not guaranteed.

Purchases

The game offers optional consumable coin purchases through Apple and no subscriptions. Apple processes the payment. Purchase verification sends the receipt to our server and Apple for validation. Receipts are processed in memory and are not stored in our transaction ledger. The ledger records the transaction environment, transaction and product identifiers, a hash of an installation identifier, the coin amount, a delivery identifier and the record creation time. These records check authenticity, deliver items, recover pending deliveries and prevent duplicate grants or fraud. The installation identifier binds a transaction to an installation; it is not a login account or a cloud-save service. We do not receive your full payment-card details or Apple Account password. Advertising

ColorBlock uses Google AdMob in versions with advertising enabled. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, other product interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to provide, measure and improve advertisements. Processing depends on device permissions, consent, the ad-serving mode and applicable law. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Personalized advertising requires the applicable permissions and consent. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove advertisements. Where available, the game’s advertising privacy controls let you review your choices. See Privacy Choices.

Support and privacy requests

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and any information you choose to provide. We use these to respond and investigate your request. Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

This website

This website provides static information pages without sign-in, cookies, analytics scripts or advertising. It is hosted using Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. Network information such as IP addresses and request metadata may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the service. See Alibaba Cloud’s Privacy Policy.

Sharing and international processing

Apple, Google and our hosting provider process information for the functions described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service or investigate misuse. Our operator is based in China and our web and purchase-validation server is hosted in the United States (Silicon Valley) using Alibaba Cloud. Apple and Google may process information in other countries under their policies. We do not promise that information stays in your country.

Retention and security

Local game data is controlled by your device and backup settings. We retain information that we receive only while needed for the purpose described here or to meet legal, accounting, security and purchase-reconciliation requirements. Support records are generally retained for up to 24 months after closure. Transaction records are retained as needed for purchase reconciliation, delivery recovery, fraud prevention, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Records retained for a lawful exception are limited to that purpose. Service-provider retention is governed by its policies and applicable law. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information we hold, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, or complain to your data-protection authority. Email kzhfdev@163.com with your request. We may ask for limited information to identify relevant records and verify your request. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to lawful extensions and any shorter required deadline. See Privacy Choices for instructions.

Children

ColorBlock is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age required for data-processing consent in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact kzhfdev@163.com so we can investigate and take the action required by law.
